3. Rusty's breath smelled like old garbage.

4. Shaking the whole house, Roger's laughter was thunder as Jake told the embarrassing story.

5. Grace sank like a ton of bricks when she fell in the pool.

Challenge: Now, rewrite the similes to be metaphors and the metaphors to be similes.

Part II: More figurative language - Are the following sentences examples of personification, onomatopia, or alliteration?

1. Eileen easily erased Alaina's answers.
